Where to Play
Our party planning services offer a range of outdoor location options for you to choose from, including local parks, your home, or an indoor area.
We recommend holding your event outdoors in a local park or open field as it makes the activities more enjoyable and allows for a soft landing when playing. Soft surfaces like grass, artificial turf, or other soft areas are ideal for our activities. Although we can also accommodate wood and concrete surfaces, grass is the best option for safety and fun.
When selecting a location, we suggest considering the following factors:
- A spacious open grassed area (around 20m x 20m) for better activity experience.
- Access to toilets and ample parking space
- Shaded areas to ensure sun safety
- Availability of BBQ facilities (if needed)
- Easy-to-find location with minimal traffic
- Not too crowded to avoid disturbance and maximize fun
FAQs
We find that the ideal event runs for 60 to 90 minutes depending on your party the age of the children and number of participants The longer we are there the easier for you.
- On the day of the party, we meet you at the location, bring all the equipment and setup the area where the activities will take place.
- We will then introduce ourselves to all the children about what will be happening, and then run the games and activities for all the participants with drink breaks along the way.
- This leaves you free to setup your birthday party, greet the guests and parents and simply sit back and enjoy watching the children having fun while taking plenty of photos.
- We would advise that you bring drinks and snacks for the guests and don’t forget the Birthday Cake to cap of a great party.
